1982
The first owned plant is built.
1988
Production was already 1,500 hides per day. 100% vegetable: sole and saddle.
1992
The second and third production plants are built, being considered one of the best companies in the world tanning industry.

WYNY is founded by Wilmar Nienow Herter. With a daily production of 100 hides.
1986
Starts participating in international fairs: New York, Hong Kong, Paris, Italy, etc. Starting its consolidation in the world market.

we currently have an installed capacity of more than 3,500 hides per day, and thus responding to the current demand of our customers
